Heavy Duty Hybrid Steel Plastic Pallet(PGX4)

The composite steel and plastic pallet is designed to optimize strength, weight and cost. It consists of a plastic slat that simply clips into a high tensile steel pallet frame constructed of an arcuate section rolled specifically to our requirements. The plastic slats are totally non-structural, inexpensive and easy to replace. The safety of the product does not depend on the strength of the plastic at all, but instead relies on the steel frame.

The hybrid steel and plastic pallet also has hygienic advantages. With the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) quality management system becoming mandatory for the entire food industry in both the European Union and many other countries worldwide, it is becoming mandatory for food & pharmaceutical products to be moved on food grade certified pallets.
